Mum of six, Kate Ball initially started Mini First Aid in 2014 from her kitchen table in Leeds, offering high quality baby & child first aid classes to parents and carers. Demand grew and Kate saw the potential for growth, so she started franchising the business in 2015. In 2021, BBC Dragon’s Den star Sara Davies, also saw the huge potential in Mini First Aid and she came on board as an investor and adviser. Mini First Aid is now a multi-award-winning organisation and has almost 70 franchises nationwide.
Hello! My name is Tina and I am your Mini First trainer for Portsmouth, Chichester, Bognor and surrounding areas. I am a qualified and practising Paramedic. A roll in which I have worked in for the last 11 years. I also hold a degree in disability studies. I am passionate about first aid and a mum of a very geeky, busy little boy of 6 years old. Being a mum and a paramedic, I know too well how many bumps and bruises occur daily and I am also aware of how precious their lives are to us. So if I can help you, help them in times of great need. Then together we can keep them smiling.
Mini First Aid is expanding as our demand for classes continues to grow.
Mini First Aid are looking for dynamic confident individuals who would like to work with all ages and feel passionately about teaching first aid.
The business is family friendly allowing our franchisees to balance owning a business with family life.
Full training is provided at the beginning of your franchise and Mini First Aid continue to support their franchisees with professional development training throughout their franchise period.
